Mustang is a district that lies in Dhaulagiri zone of western Nepal. It is one of the remotest areas in Nepal with an area of 3,573m sq. This region is blessed with high altitude Himalayan desert landscape with solitary mountain pillars. It is also one of the most mysterious and least known kingdoms of Nepal. In the recent years, Mustang has become a must visit place for the youngsters of the country. 

This region is mainly famous for Muktinath temple, the Mustangi Royal Palace, Tibetan art and their culture and trekking in the Annapurna Circuit, Upper Mustang Trek etc. This region is the restricted trekking region of Nepal as it is extremely dangerous. This region is also famous for springs, apples and Marpha brandy.
