Annapurna Circuit & Thorang la starts from Besishar and Jagat village near Pokhara, located your past laps of Annapurna and Manaslu Himalaya, trek begins within the warm area and then entering the mid hills alpine country through tranquil forest of rhododendron, oaks, magnolia and pines tree lines and visiting the local traditional Gurung, Manang villages contemplate route, after a visit of famous Thakali and Manang village of Manang, Jomsom and Marpha then reaching the high pass at Thorang la at 5,416 meters / 17,700 ft where you in order to be surrounded by high snow capped mountains Annapurna I at 8,091 meters worlds 10th highest, Mt. Dhaulagiri world’s 07th highest at 8,167 meters, Gangapurna, Tilicho, Annapurna II and IV, Annapurna South, Huin chuli and majestic Machhapuchhre The Fish Tail Peak.

Outline Itinerary

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel.

Day 02: Drive to Jagat 1,290 m via Besishar 800 m - 08 hrs.

Day 03: Trek to Dharapani 1,920 m - 05 hours.

Day 04: Trek to Chame 2,670 m - 05 hours.

Day 05: Trek to Pisang 3, 230 m - 05 hrs.

Day 06: Trek to Manang Village 3,450 m - 05 hrs.

Day 07: Rest day at Manang for local hikes and acclimatization.

Day 08: Trek to Yak Kharka 4,110 m - 04 hours.

Day 09: Trek to Thorong High Camp 4,600 m - 04 hrs.

Day 10: Cross Thorong-La 5,416 m and to Muktinath 3,800 m - 07 hrs.

Day 11: Trek to Marpha 2, 670 via Jomsom 2, 715 m - 06 hours.

Day 12: Trek to Lete 2,480m - 06 hrs.

Day 13: Trek to Tatopani 1,190m - 06 hrs.


Day 14: Drive to Pokhara 860m.

Day 15: Drive back to Kathmandu.

Day 16: International departure for home ward bound.

We are team of specialist and we use local specialist to plan your trip.

Mount Face Nepal, suggest you all to check up your health condition before start trekking because your health is more important than anything else.We also suggest you to keep your luggage as light as possible because we normally provide 1 helper for two trekkers to carry your bags and should have weight limitation of approximately 20-25 kg from two.

Here is a suggested list. Keep in mind, you can always add or subtract items depending on your personal needs. As time goes on and you increase your trips into the wilderness, you may discover you’re carrying too much or not enough.

Top tips for safe trekking in Nepal

. It is safer to trek in a group and with an experienced guide and reputable agency.

. Get fit. Choose a trek that suits your ability.

. Build in time for acclimatization. Stay hydrated and looks out for symptoms of altitude sickness.

. Take note of weather conditions and forecasts, and come prepared. See

. Never leave any litter behind.

What to pack?

. Layers of clothing, numerous pairs of socks, good-quality trekking boots.

. Hand warmers, under-gloves and mittens.

. Trekking poles.

. Gaithers (against leeches and/or deep snow).

. 40-litre daypack (with rain cover).

. Sleeping mat.

. Head torch and spare batteries.

. Sunglasses with UV protection, sun cream and hat.

. Lip salve and blister care.                           

. Wet wipes and tissues.

. Pocket knife/multi-bladed tool.

. Watch with altimeter/GPS.

. Emergency blanket.

. Snacks (nuts, energy bars).

. Freezer bags.                   

. Binoculars.

Be sure to inspect your kit before every trip and make sure the gear is clean and supplies are in good condition. Replace expired medications as needed and add items that would have been helpful on your previous trip. Be sure the kit is easily accessible and not buried deep in your bag. Also be sure to tell others you are traveling with where your first aid kit is.
