As per the company policy, 20% down payment is required to make in advance in order to secure a place.

You can choose  two different ways of making payment. They are:

        b. Process of credit card payment
In order to pay the trip bill by offline credit card, you need to submit the following documents to our company attesting in the email:
-A copy of passport.
-A Passport size photograph.
-A copy of your credit card of either side.
-An authorization letter mentioning the Bill amount inclusive of bank charge.
-In case of failure of timely payment, Mount Face Nepal will not be to provide the services as per the bookings an agreement made between us.
Rest of the amount can be paid in our office after your arrival. If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit a handling, charge of 4% on the outstanding balance is made. Handling charge is not made for payment by bank transfer.
Last minute booking is accepted only for TRIPS IN NEPAL. In case of TRIPS TO INDIA, BHUTAN AND TIBET, last minute bookings will NOT be accepted.
You will not be refunded for the 20% amount you deposit in any case of cancellation of trip for any reason. Having paid full amount of any trip, you will get your money back but 20% cancellation charge will still be invoiced to you. Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
We provide rooms or tents in our holidays tour/trek packages in twin sharing basis. Therefore, if a client does not have another tour participant to share room/tent with, s/he will be imposed single room supplement charge.
For the clients who drop out form the journey, no refund will be made, regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
In case Mount Face Nepal trekking Company cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc., we will be happy to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard. Even if this doesn’t fit your personal interest, all the amount you paid to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you as a result of this booking are entirely your responsibility.
A tour/trek guide who represents Mount Face Nepal Trekking Company deserves all the authority during your tours. If you commit any unlawful act, you will be obliged to leave the tour.
We make every effort possible to ensure you a comfortable travelling, but it is must for you to understand that what you might be accustomed to in the western affluent countries, the Himalayan countries can’t afford such facilities.
All our clients are strongly suggested to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation etc.
A prior notice is requested in order to make alterations of any trek/tour itinerary. You’re advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be compelled to do so en route under certain circumstances for instant bad weather or so.
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence. For example, necessary permits to issue visa etc. We are not accountable in case of any trip formality not completed in time before the trip departs on the absent of essential papers and documents.
There is virtual possibility of flight delay or postponement for notorious weather in Himalayan regions which could particularly happen in Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla region etc. In such case, your itinerary will be modified.
