If you want to experience the most thrilling adventure in your life, then Dhaulagiri Base Camp Trek is the one. Most of the trekkers and tourists who have visited this region have shared their experience as one of the most challenging routes ever.
Mount Dhaulagiri (8167meters), the world’s seventh-highest peak, rises superbly in seclusion simply over the deep cliff of the Kali Gandaki valley which unfolds stunning view around Dhaulagiri trek getting it done.
Dhaulagiri trek takes after icy masses and crosses high snowcapped passes, a test or a challenge suited just to fit people wishing to go on remote demanding trekking in Nepal. It stands above the Kali Gandaki valley which separates the Dhaulagiri range from the Annapurna massif. The trek is surrounded by massive 8000m peaks – Dhaulagiri 1 and Annapurna 1 on both sides.
You will be able to experience the full scope of what the region has to offer. You will pass through lush valleys, snowy high passes, calm pine, and Rhododendron forest and exciting glaciers and ice-covered peaks. Dhaulagiri itself is recognized for some remarkable mountaineering feats.

Thus, it makes itself worthy of experiencing mountain first-hand. You will also get a sight of the success and the drama that surrounds this significant mountain when you reach the base camp.
Walkthrough the unblemished valley of Myagdi, rich terraced slopes, customary towns and the rough landscape of massif Dhaulagiri. The routes are extreme yet worthy of accepting the challenge. The direct French and Thapa passes are basically exciting for the everlasting recollections being in Nepal for strenuous outdoors trekking to Dhaulagiri.
Do check our other packages like Annapurna Trek, Annapurna Circuit And Thorang La Pass Trek, Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking, Mardi Himal Trek, Nar Phu Valley Trek, Annapurna Panorama Trek, and Mohare Danda Trek in Annapurna Region.
The trekking around there is generally strenuous and needs some mountaineering information. A concealed snow valley (after passing French pass) gives you a brilliant trial of the white world. The Dhampus Pass between the Tukuche peak and Thapa top is another paradise in the trip.

The Best experience of my life - Unforgetable experience! the landscapes of the trekking are amazing. The great guide, attentive at all times to any unforeseen event. Cheerful, with a lot of wisdom on the mountain. He... read more made us feel at home. We practiced yoga in the morning and in the afternoon, it was brutal! 100% recommended. I will repeat any trekking with the same guide because I am left wanting more.
Disappointed - I am posting this very late but I have just come across my previous communication with the company which reminded me that I had forgotten to review. I did so... read more much research before our trip, we travel a lot and understand the importance of choosing the right company to make the experience perfect but also to ensure that the company support the local community. Kisan and the company had such good reviews and we're also personally recommended by a friend that we chose them. Right up until the day before the trip Kisan said that he would be our guide, we looked forward to learning so much from him as such an experienced guide. At the last minute he was unable to take us and we were sent with another guide. The guide we were sent instead was very nice, he was pleasant and helpful but it quickly became clear that he lacked the confidence and experience to bring the trip alive for us. We saw other guides chatting with their clients and pointing out interesting things. Our guide spent most of the time just chatting in Nepali with the porter and playing music on their phones, he often ignored us for hours at a time. We tried to engage him in conversation, he would answer our questions but then go back to chatting with the porter. We felt that we missed out on learning about Nepali culture and nature. We wanted to hear about the locals who greeted us and find out the history behind the villages we were passing through,we know how a good guide makes a trip. We suspected that he was more used to being a second guide or a porter rather than the main guide. When we got back to Kathmandu this was confirmed by a quick check on TripAdvisor in which our guide was mentioned several times as a secondary guide or porter but never as the main guide. I challenged this with the company, I didn't expect anything and knew it wouldn't change anything but hoped they would perhaps just apologise and learn from my feedback. Messages went back and forth in which I was told he was a qualified guide, I asked several times how much experience he'd had but the question was avoided. This reaction was really disappointing, after a long exchange of messages I got some kind of apology but it was really too late and left a sour taste to be honest. I'm sure that with one of the more experienced guides we would have had a different experience, as most other customers have, but we can only go on our experience. These types of holidays are once in a lifetime and I'm afraid that we felt that ours was a bit of a missed opportunity to be blown away by the beauty and culture.
Crazy, Beautiful, and So Much More - Where do I even begin maybe the warm welcome at the airport? Can’t describe how much this experience meant to me and how life-altering it was — in the best... read more possible way, of course. No trip is seamless and perfect, and for every challenge, our guides were always there to accommodate. Special shout-out to Sumir for ensuring that our needs are tended to and for going out of his way every single time.
Nepal - Had the most awesome experience in Nepal with the team lead by Sumir & Dharma. They and the porters were very helpful and made our journey bearable esp with challenges... read more of the cold weather and thin air. They were very patient wt me as I was moving way too slow, but they were there all along encouraging all the way. Thank you!The sights were really beautiful and awesome and it would the main thing that will bring me back to Nepal again. I thoroughly recommend Sumir & team as your guide in Nepal!!
