The backdrop of the Trisuli river includes small gorges and sight of the cable car leading to the famous Hindu Temple Manakamana. You’ll start the adventure of rafting on Trisuli from in point Chaurandi and end at Gaighat.

The river has fixed some breathtaking gorges in its lower part as it cut its way through the 2000 meters high Mahavarat Range. The scenery during Trishuli rafting includes small canyons and an amicable environment.

The rapids encountered on the Trisuli for most of the year are straightforward, easily negotiated and well spaced out. Trisuli river is an excellent river for those looking for a short river trip, without the challenge of huge rapids. The location rewards you with some really exciting rapids, with beautiful scenery and a relatively peaceful environment.

You will be trained regarding the equipment and its use during rafting in the spot by a professional trainer.  You will also be taught what you must and mustn’t do while rafting. Some of the equipment you will be using our raft/Kayak, paddle, helmet, lifejackets, gears, etc. These equipment are of the highest quality, clean and well maintained.  You will be instructed by a guide throughout the rafting. Make sure you follow the rules and precautions properly in order to remain safe and enjoy the rafting to the fullest.

You are requested to bring shorts and a T-shirt or swimwear with you. For on the river, you can carry suitable footwear for wearing in the raft, warm clothing for the evenings, a towel, sunblock, and your camera. A flashlight can also be of great use.

The rapid Rafting Kayaking on Trisuli is mainly big, bouncy, and relatively safe. The ‘flips’ (where the raft capsizes) or other accidents are rare in reasonable water conditions. You can also have a tight turn around if you wish through the narrow and deep openings.

This is an outstanding option for those looking for a short river trip, without the challenge of huge rapids. You can easily continue onward to Chitwan jungle trip, Pokhara or Kathmandu once you’re done with the rafting.
